Denotes the Library. This field is not editable.

Original File Name

2. Original File Name
Specifies the Original File Name. This field is editable. The name can be changed for documents which exist on SharePoint and should not be modified.

Content Type

3. Content Type
Specifies the Content Type. If the Content Type is changed, the program retrieves new content type fields based on the values in Fields Mapping (FastTab).

Action

4. Action
Specifies the current Action for processing the document.
  • Not Approved - This is initial status for documents when attached to record.
  • Send - This status indicates that the document is approved for sending. If Automatic Upload is enabled, the document will be sent to SharePoint.
  • Replace - This status is used when the initial sending attempt returned an error message that the document already exists on SharePoint. If the document name is correct and the document should be updated, the status needs to set to Replace. An Action of Replace updates the document on SharePoint (a new version is created).
  • Sent - This status is automatically set when the program has successfully sent a document to SharePoint.
  • Error - This status is set automatically when the program sent document to SharePoint incorrectly. The program retrieves error message from SharePoint to Header/Error Message

Denotes any error message generated during document uploading.
