Add files

1. Add files
This action add document to record. "Add files" is dependent on selected node:
  • If Library node is selected, the program add document to selected library and automatically choose default content type.
  • If Content Type node is selected, the program add document to parent library and to selected content type.
  • If Document node is selected, the program add document to parent library and parent content type.

Search

2. Search
Search nodes by name. Tree is reduced and tree shows nodes which contains searched text.

Library

3. Library
Highest tree level shows libraries which are connected with table and record. Node name show library description from General (FastTab)/Description and count of document.

Content Type

4. Content Type
This level specifies content types which are connected with table, record and library. Node name show content type caption Content/Content Type Caption and count of document.

Document

5. Document
The lowest levels show documents that are connected with the record.
Colors meaning:
  • Black - Is used for uploaded documents on SharePoint.
  • Blue - Is used for new documents attached to records. Document has not been approved yet.
  • Green - Document was approved and document is prepared for sending.
  • Red - Error occurred during document sending.

Navigated tables where are documents uploaded.
