This function allows add customized "Text variables". For clearing customized variables a function
ClearGeneralParemeter can be used.
Parameters:

"_ParameterName" - Specifies text variable name. The maximum number of characters is 20.

"_ParameterValue" - Specifies text variable value. The maximum number of characters is 250.
