Folder Type

Specifies type of folder to be created.
  • Folder - Create a folder in the SharePoint document library.
  • Document Set - Create a document set in the SharePoint document library. Document set metadata can be defined on the Fields Mapping (FastTab) via "Document Set Content Types".

Specifies the document set content type. Content types must be defined by SharePoint List Content Types using the type "Document Set".

Indicates the number of content types related to the field.

Folder Permissions

Specifies the method used for folder permissions.
  • Inherited - Folder permissions are inherited from their parent SharePoint object (e.g. "SharePoint Document Library").
  • By Record - Folder permissions are set by NavSherpa. More NavSherpa Access Group Members.
  • Without Change - Folder permissions are not altered by NavSherpa.
