For a successful registration, a guideline below has to be followed.  NavSherpa should automatically open 'Grant Permission to an App' page on SharePoint site.

This action opens SharePoint "Grant Permissions to an App" page on SharePoint site collection. Use this action if NavSherpa does not open the page automatically.
