For day-to-day changes in NavSherpa data to be automatically synchronized to SharePoint, during installation NavSherpa adds an entry to the Job Queue set to run at regular intervals. Check that this is setup and running.
If not, you can do this manually:
Select the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner, and type "Job Queue" into the search box. Select "Job Queue Entries from the search results.
If there is no entry for Codeunit 4065010, on the Job Queue Entries list, select "+New"
On the Job Queue Entry Card, General group, select "Show More"
Set Object Type to Run to "Codeunit".
Set Object ID to Run to "4065010"
Set Maximum No. of Attempts to 10
On the Recurrence group, set Run on Mondays through Run on Sundays to "true"
Set No. of Minutes between Runs to "15"
Set Inactivity Timeout Period to "10"
In the Process actions menu, select Set Status to Ready
