NavSherpa can be uninstalled by following these steps:
Remove the folder "NavSherpa" from the folder "Add-ins" which is in the "Service" folder on NAV service tier machine. For this to be able to be removed, the tier service has to be stopped.
Remove NSP objects from the database.
Run the "Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment".
Open "Object designer" via Tools --> Object designer (or using shortcut Shift+F12), if it isn't open.
Filter objects by filtering the field "Version list" by "NSPW1*".
Remove all objects by selecting the "Delete" button. Use the schema synch option "Force" for all tables and data to be removed.
Filter objects by filtering the field "Version list" by "*NSPW1*"
NavSherpa has to be "unmerged" from the filtered objects. This can be done by your NAV partner. If documentation was used in your code, your NAV partner can look for this documentation and remove the code and the partner can also remove any controls, fields, variables etc. by NavSherpa ID if it was filled in correctly.
Run the "Role Tailored Client".
Open page /Departments/Administration/IT Administration/General/Control Add-ins.
