This function downloads file from Sharepoint document library to a selected path.
Parameters:

"_SharePointListSetupCode" - Specifies the SharePoint library setup. The maximum number of characters is 20.

"_DocumentEntryNo" - Specifies the internal number of the attachment (Field
"Entry No." from table
"SharePoint Document Mapping").

"_NewFulllFilePathName" - Specifies the path of downloaded file.

"_DownloadToClientMachine" - Specifies whether the file path is from client machine or server machine.
